Kennedy Slusher

Born and raised in the hills of the Bluegrass, Kennedy Slusher is a native Lexingtonian with a passion for storytelling, the culinary arts, and, first and foremost, the practice of law. Kennedy is a dedicated attorney with an eye for results and a heart for her clients. A graduate of Belmont University College of Law, Kennedy spent her formative years of practice by helping Nashville business owners in Tennessee. However, Kennedy soon felt the call to return to her Old Kentucky Home and has since dedicated her career to serving others at the Golden Law Office. Kennedy handles cases involving automobile accidents, premise liability, and products liability. Kennedy was recently selected as a National Trial Lawyer’s Top Forty Under Forty Civil Lawyer.

Kennedy’s passion for serving others extends to her background in community service. Kennedy was named a “Law Student for Justice” by the Tennessee Supreme Court due to her commitment to her Nashville community. Kennedy has a wealth of experience in the courtroom and is a talented legal and creative writer, winning awards during her time at Belmont University for her legal research, writing, and communication skills. Kennedy was also named as Lexington Women’s Society’s Female Writer of the Year for her poetry and short stories.

Kennedy’s approachable nature coupled with her passion and dedication to her clients ensures that she is results driven while also being attentive to the real and personal consequences surrounding each and every case.

Kennedy is an amateur chef, urban explorer, bookworm, and animal lover. When she is not practicing law, you can find Kennedy curled up with an Agatha Christie novel and with her cat, Moxie, and her puppy, Walnut. Kennedy’s positive “can-do” attitude and legal knowledge is ready to go to work for you and your case.
