Mr. Greer is a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with the Golden Law Office in Lexington, Kentucky. His practice focuses on pre-litigation resolution of personal injury claims and workers compensation claims, as well as the litigation of workers’ compensation claims before the Administrative Law Judges of the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims, an administrative body of the Kentucky Department of Labor.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greer worked for a regional defense firm defending the nation and Kentucky’s largest employers in workers’ compensation actions. He has also previously represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in nursing home litigation, and has extensive experience in the litigation of motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and construction claims. He has extensive experience litigating cases for America’s largest employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. He is intimately familiar with the practices and proclivities of these companies, having spent years defending them in Kentucky’s courts- and he now employs that knowledge on behalf of Kentucky’s workers.
Mr. Greer graduated from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He graduated from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in Lexington, Kentucky in 2008.
Mr. Greer is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and a fervent supporter of the Kentucky Wildcats. In the fall you are likely to find him at Kroger Field with his wife and two children.
