Cam Franey

Mr. Franey is a trial attorney focused on nursing home negligence and medical malpractice. His practice is dedicated to helping Kentuckians find justice during some of the most difficult periods in their lives. Whether it be at trial, in arbitration, or at the negotiation table, Mr. Franey has proven success making nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals take responsibility for the injuries they’ve caused throughout the Commonwealth.

Graduating from the University of Kentucky law school in 2019, Mr. Franey immediately began his career helping Kentuckians as an attorney at Golden Law Office. During law school, he was a published author in the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture and Natural Resources Law as well as a member of the school’s moot court team.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Franey is an avid fantasy novel and comic book collector. He can be found most days reading books to his two daughters.
